 HR Manager 


 A world-class manufacturer to the global leaders of automotive production (OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturer) is expanding its operations. There is now a need for the Human Resources Manager  role within the MANİSA plant operations according to the company’s growing human resources needs.

Primary Position Duties & Responsibilities

 Acts as HR Manager for White Collar  in MANİSA plant operations.

·         Experienced in Performance Management, Recruitment, Assesment cycles and Talent Management,

·         Facilitates implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities.

·         Plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for white collar employees.

·         Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.

·         Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.

·         Facilitates communication among employees and management.

·         Guides managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.

·         Provides support and executes HR in planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.

·         Assists with planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, diversity and compensation programs.

·         Consults with management and employees on equal employment opportunity issues and charges.

·         Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

·         Implements meaningful, relevant, employee and manager training and development activities that link to company goals and objectives and meet the needs of managers.

·         Guides and develops a responsive internal training team.

·         Coordinates with outside consultants and training providers.

·         Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.

·         Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.

·         Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

·         Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.

·         Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.

·         Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.




·         8+ yrs experience in HR  role

·         Human Resources service delivery experience

·         Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, skills in conflict and change management

·         Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good business acumen and an ability to mediate between business and people priorities essential

·         Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence and coach
Autonomous with internal motivation

·         Bachelor’s Degree on Business Management or preferably Engineering related disciplines


·         Excellent command of English.
