 IBM SW Presales Technology Consultant

Job Description

·         Provide presales technical support for IBM SW, IBM Cloud, IBM Watson, IBM security Guardian, IBM Big Fix.

·         Use your extensive knowledge of offerings and technical expertise to prepare detailed specifications for offerings, deliver presentations, and demonstrate the offerings to customers and partners,

·         Present complex solutions to potential customers and design value-driven architectures,

·         Educate partners and digital sales on the capabilities of mentioned products,

·         Deliver compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales

·         Gain a deep understanding of customer business and IT environments and collaborate with sales teams to assess the potential applications of IBM SW,

·         Communicate value, progress, and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders; share knowledge and findings to allow team members to learn from your experiences 

Required Skills;

·         3+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer building or implementing IBM software solutions

·         Proven record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations

·         Comfortable presenting and having technical and business discussions with senior executives

·         Ability to realize proofs of concepts from concept to business closure stages

·         Understanding of how the end to end proposal process works.
